A
reseller/dealer needs products to sell. Depending
on the availability of stocks, ecBuy Philippines
will provide highly marketable and affordable
products for reselling. As a reseller, you will
have your own stocks. Minimum of 5 units per model
procurement for dealers. (This is to avoid quick
discount purchase via intention of being a
dealer.) Any other subsequent orders less than the
minimum, it will be treated as regular retail
order. Many of our items give our current
resellers and dealers very high profit margin.
Margins are HIGH above industry standards.
Significant discounts provide consistent profits
to our resellers nationwide. Plus you can sell
items as high as you want. Please tell us what
item you feel you have higher chance of selling,
so we can give the corresponding dealer's price
(If it has, sometimes posted prices are already
dealer's prices). We highly recommend resellers to
initially focus on few items and contact us for
reseller/dealer pricing. Sample units are
available at retail price plus shipping.

Ordering
Orders are sent thru email or using our Order
Form,
http://www.ecbuyph.com/order.htm. For first
time orders, reseller needs to furnish us
necessary contact details to facilitate the order
and for our general records. You will be required
to fill-up our reseller form.
Payment
Payment options are Offline Bank Deposit, Online
Credit Card or Cash Upon Pick-up.
Delivery/Shipping
We
use efficient couriers to handle our deliveries.
All prices are exclusive of shipping cost. Bulk
orders can be delivered by our in-house delivery
personnel. Pick-up is also an option.
Warranty
All
items have warranty. For non-defective units, we
implement no return, no exchange policy for
shipped orders. During warranty period, for
defective units, dealer or buyer (depending on
your arrangement with your buyer) will ship any
defective item to our location, at the expense of
the dealer/buyer. If found to be defective, we
will send back units at our cost. If unit is found
to be 100% working, buyer/dealer will be paying
for the return ship. Rate of return is not more
than 0.5%. Shipping back the item to us can cost
as low as P60.00. You have to have Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before
returning an item. You may also personally return
and pick-up items at our location.

Exclusivity
There is no domain or geographical exclusivity for
all dealers and resellers.
Marketing
We
do not provide our resellers marketing tools,
exposure, samples/demo units, hard copy brochures,
etc. Our website,
http://www.ecbuyph.com is published on an
AS-IS basis. You may reproduce our on-site specs
and images but you are not to modify or edit any
of its specs/images. Meaning, you may print it,
distribute it, post at any other sites, post on
your own sites, etc. But NO other part of our site
may be reproduced except for the specs and images
of products. You are NOT to copy our site
contents, policies, terms, supplementary graphics,
basic texts, context, forms, etc. If you will sell
items on your site, you are required to give the
URL of your site for us to check. Our staff will
review your site time to time to check for
conformance.
Application
Resellers will be required to fill-up our reseller
form for our evaluation, general records and
reference. We will only contact complete and
qualified resellers.
