Payment System
Step 1. Use our online form to order items
you wish to buy. Please state whether you'll pay offline
(via bank deposit) or online (via credit card). If you'll
pay using credit card, we will be sending you a password
needed to
proceed to a secure page where you'll accomplish the
payment.
Step 2.
Upon receipt of you order thru our online form, we will
verify our stocks and item destination, then send you the
password to proceed paying
online.
Step 3. If you still do not have the password, please use our
order form and select "Online Payment" on the payment
type selection. You need the password to proceed with the
payment.

FAQ: Why is your online payment page password
protected?
It is
password protected because before accepting payment
for an item, (1) we conduct real-time inventory check,
(2) we make sure that product destination is covered
by our couriers (3) and to make sure that buyers have
read the Terms and Conditions below before making the
payment.

Terms and Conditions (Buyer's
Agreement)
Please
carefully read all statements below. If you accept our
terms and conditions, please concur by giving your name and email
address below. After sending your name and email address, you'll
be prompted to enter the password furnished earlier, you can then
click the item/s you'll purchase and proceed with the
payment.

Order
Processing

We do NOT ship
internationally. We ship ONLY in the Philippines,
nationwide.

ONLY the
card holder can place an order for himself/herself and ONLY
the card holder shall receive the item and sign the proof
of receipt, waybill, etc. This
is non-negotiable.

Buyers shall be
redirected to a secure online payment located at
2checkout.com, an authorized retailer of goods and services
we provide.

Buyers shall be
notified via email to confirm the completion of payment.

ecBuyph.com
will send the Buyer additional email containing details
like, delivery schedule, telephone line customer support,
expressed written warranty of the product, etc.

Next-day
delivery is not applicable for online payment as we
scrutinize all payments very closely for possible fraud
before ship-out.
Depending on the volume of transactions, it sometimes takes 12 to
72 hours to check an online payment.

List price for
online payment is slightly higher compared to the local
offline bank
transfer payment. Reason is, list price already includes
shipping cost and credit card processing fee.

Standard
interest rates of your credit card issuing bank apply.

Accepts all major credit
cards:
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner’s
Club, JCB and all VISA and MasterCard-sponsored debit
cards. We will not be able to process your payment
unless your card is any of the above.

Order is final
and irrevocable once online payment is processed and
confirmed.

ecBuyph.com will ship out items ONLY when 2checkout.com sends us a "No Risk" Sales Receipt or the
"Passed Fraud Review".
Questions and Complaints
Warranty

Items are insured during shipping and all have expressed warranty.

In case of factory defects, Buyer will send back a defective
item, via Air21 or LBC or any other courier at
Buyer's cost. We will send you a new replacement. Shipping a brand new replacement
will be paid for by ecBuyph.com. Note that, (1) when
returning an item, it will cost the Buyer as low as P60.00,
(2) chances of
items being returned is not greater than 0.5%. See

Rarely it
happens, but if ecBuyph.com
does not have an equal replacement, ecBuyph.com will offer
an alternative replacement for Buyer's approval. If and
when a Buyer declines an alternative replacement,
ecBuyph.com will refund the payment made by the buyer minus
the shipping cost incurred during the shipment of an item.
Payment refund is via bank deposit.

All information
must match card account records as provided by the card
issuing bank.

The address of
your computer and your ISP provider will be determined, and
recorded as a safeguard against fraudulent behavior and may
be used by 2Checkout.com, ecBuyph.com or legal entities to prosecute
guilty parties.

Card fraud is a
felony punishable by heavy fines and jail time. Fraudulent
behavior will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the
law.

transmitted directly to the banking network for
authorization. We do not record your card number anywhere.
