New Customer
  • I'm a new customer. Can you help me get started?
    Certainly. We do not require any member form to be filled nor we use shopping cart. Just browse thru our site, order an item using our order form, indicate whether you wish to pay offline via bank deposit or online via your credit card, we will then send you an email on how to proceed with the payment. Upon completion and confirmation of the payment, you will receive your order the next-day or on the date indicated on our email.

Orders

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes. Orders sent via email or thru our order form are not binding. It is final and irrevocable, only, when you have paid for an item.
  • Can I pay COD?
    Our authorized couriers do not collect payment in our behalf. Therefore, bank transfer or online credit card payment is required before item ship-out.
  • Do you accept corporate orders?
    Yes. We serve business or corporate requirements and offer special discounts for such. However, official purchase order is necessary.

    Our online payment system page is password protected because of the following reasons: (1) We conduct real-time inventory check before accepting payment for an specific item.   • Do you allow pick-up of items?
    Yes we do. You may pick up Makati City or Sta. Rosa, Laguna Philippines. Contact us for the pick-up addresses.
  • Do you accept offline payment?
    We do accept offline payment via bank money transfer/deposit. Get our bank details here.
  • Do I need my own bank account to pay offline?
    You do not need to have your own bank account to deposit the payment.
  • For offline payment, how can I send you the deposit slip?

Shipping/Delivery

  • How much does a shipping usually cost?
    Shipping and handling cost is not that much. Depends on the item you'll get and item destination. For domestic deliveries, typically, it's in P 50, P 75, P 100, P 150 increments. We offer FREE Shipping on selected items and volume orders. Higher valued items will merit higher shipping and handling cost. Next day delivery in selected areas.
  • When can I expect delivery of my order?
    Unless otherwise stated, for orders paid offline, all deliveries within the Philippines, our couriers strive to deliver the following day. Most of the time, next-day delivery is met. However, due to various parameters within the field, next-day delivery is NOT guaranteed.
  • When are your ship-out days?
    For all confirmed payments, Monday to Friday are the ship-out days. Occasionally, we also ship Saturdays.
  • What is the status of my order, and how do I track it?
    If available, we can provide you the tracking number to monitor the status of your package. Links where you can track your package are here.
  • Are all items insured during shipping?
    Yes.

Warranty

  • In case item has factory defects, how can I return an item?
    Just like any other store, you will send back the alleged defective item, via Air21 or LBC or any other courier you want at your cost. It will cost you as low as P75.00. We will then check, repair or replace the unit. When we send back the items to you, ecBuyph.com will pay for the shipping cost. If and when we found no defects on the returned unit, buyer
    will pay for item ship back and packing fee. Please contact us with regards to use and operation before sending back any item. Chances of items being returned is not greater than 0.5%.  See customer testimonials here.
  • What is your Return Policy?
    ecBuyph.com will repair/replace any item if it is found to be defective within the warranty period.
    Rarely it happens, but if ecBuyph.com does not have an identical product, ecBuyph.com has the right to replace the product with a device with equal capacity, or offer the customer the choice of a product upgrade which may incur an extra cost. Please inform us immediately if there are any visually seen damages that may have occurred during the shipment/delivery of the item or inherent to the item when it was shipped out. We will not be responsible for any physical damage that is not reported within 2 days after the receipt of the item.
  • How will I return the item?
    Initially, contact tech support to attend to the functionality of the item/s. In case the item really needs to be returned and checked, we shall give return authorization email to the customer inclusive of the return address. Buyers must pack any item being returned completely, with the warranty note (if issued), with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc., as if they are new and in working condition. We shall not accept incomplete returns. Regardless of condition, all products must be packed appropriately, i.e. use bubble wrap, shredded papers, etc., so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Damaged product/s will be returned to customer. Failure to follow these guidelines will make the warranty void. Other reasons that can make warranty void are the following: overwhelming scratches, dents, bearing marks, cracks and/or any signs of improper handling and usage.
  • Do you offer money-back guarantee?
    We have included all the necessary information/specs/images on our site, we hope you can make informed and educated decision based on posted details. Also sending items back and forth for working unit/s isn't just advisable. Any other information you need, contact us.
  • Are all items brand new?
    Yes.
  • Do you give warranty on your products?
