The DV5000 comes with 32MB of Built-In Memory so you can get filming without the need to buy SD cards straight away. There is now a flash for this 4Mega Pixel camera, so you can shoot at night, or use it to fill in shadows on sunny days.

Rechargeable are standard in most DV Cams, and while they're ok most of the time, the real pain is that if you're out and about filming and snapping away, and your batteries get low on juice. Now with the DV5000, all you need is a few spare AAs in your pocket and you can film to your heart's content.

As well as being a nifty little DV Cam shooting up to 9 minutes of video on internal memory alone, it also shoots high resolution photographs, up to a fantastic 4 Mega Pixel images, it is an MP3 Player, a Digital Voice recorder, a Web Cam and a card reader/USB mass storage device (SD & MMC).
