player still includes all the basics plus a
little more. Among the features are standard
skip, search, and repeat one and all
functions, along with programmable track
memory for listeners who want to create a
custom soundtrack.
And as a bonus, the unit includes a full
auto-stop cassette recorder that lets you
revisit your classic audiotapes or record
new ones from either CDs or the radio. Among
the cassette player's features are a soft
eject cassette door and a one-touch
automatic level control, which ensures that

The CX-CD242 owes its audio performance to
its 1-bit digital-to-analog converter, which
